MILLBROOK — A man remains in the Elmore County jail charged in connection with a shooting at a Millbrook Main Street business.
Carlos Quintae Young, 25, of Millbrook, was arrested by Millbrook police Feb. 10 and charged with discharging a firearm into an unoccupied vehicle, six counts of reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, tampering with evidence and violation of license to carry a pistol, Police Chief P.K. Johnson said.
On Tuesday, during a preliminary hearing in Elmore County District Court, the defense sought a bond reduction. The judge ruled Young's bonds will remain at $168,000, court records show. The case will also be reviewed by a future session of the grand jury.
