Migrant workers department says new appointments complete 'dream team'

Department of Migrant Workers Secretary Susan “Toots” Ople on Wednesday unveiled new appointments to form the department’s “dream team,” which includes former administrators of the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration.
