Balla photographer honoured for two photos at the 2021 PPAI

Multi award winning Mayo photographer Keith Heneghan,  who works as a freelancer and is based in Balla was runner up in two categories at the 2021 Press Photographer of the Year Awards at the weekend.
His award winning photos were entitled
Mayo House Fire and
Lockdown Triathlon.
The House fire was an image of a family home that went on fire at Bridgemount House, near Ballinafad, Castlebar last year – with a horse in the front garden.
The Lockdown triathlon photo captured Stephen Donnelly, a Ballina man, who completed a triathlon in a pool at the back of his house for charity during lockdown.
