MIDDLETOWN — Officials and residents celebrated two years worth of award celebrations in one event Friday, as the city honored Arbor Day with a tree dedication ceremony.
Jane Harris, arborist and chairwoman of the Urban Forestry Commission, pointed out one of the many benefits of trees as gusty winds swirled during the event.
