Middlesex DA: Woman arraigned on 30 counts of animal cruelty

AYER — After police seized 162 animals on her property in February, a 77-year-old woman was arraigned on over two dozen counts of animal cruelty in Ayer District Court on Monday, according to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan.
