SPENCER — Fifteen teams and 90 golfers took the course at Spencer Golf & Country Club to participate in the Spencer Boys Invitational Golf Tournament Monday.
After 18 holes of action, the Tigers placed sixth in team scoring with 327. Freshman Easton Beehler led the way for the Tigers, shooting a 78.
“Was a very good field with some 3A teams that we could potentially face in district or sectional play,” said Marc Bruning, Spencer boys golf coach.
