Microsoft deprecates password payload in MPR notifications in Windows 11 24H2 and newer

The list of deprecated features in client versions of Windows 10 and 11 has received a new entry. This time, Microsoft deprecated NPLogonNotify and NPPasswordChangeNotify APIs to improve security.
