Michigan Supreme Court won't hear term limits case involving Warren Mayor Jim Fouts

WARREN — It appears to be the end of an era for the mayor who has served 42 continuous years as a Warren elected official.  Jim Fouts first served 26 years as a member of the City Council. In November, it will be 16 years for him as mayor.
