It was Michigan versus Michigan, with both singers having a legit shot of winning the hit reality singing competition, “The Voice.”
16-year old Rio Doyle, from Adrian, is a junior at Tecumseh High School. 34-year old Zania Alaké is a banker from Detroit and a single mother of two young kids. Both were on John Legend’s team and performed against each other in tonight’s third round known as the Knockouts.
Doyle performed “Issues” by Julia Michaels while Alaké sang “If I Were Your Woman” by Gladys Knight.
