A Michigan man being held in the Sarnia Jail on drug charges landed a six-month sentence – and a new home in a different Southwestern Ontario facility – after assaulting and threatening two of the border city’s guards on Christmas Eve.
Justice Anne McFadyen told Wisteria Walker, 22, a strong message had to be sent to both him and his fellow inmates that this type of behaviour won’t be tolerated.
