BAY CITY, MI — A Mount Pleasant man accused of killing his father in their shared home has been federally charged with murder.
Jacob A. Osawabine, 30, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of his 54-year-old father, James G. Osawabine Sr. The charge is punishable by up to life in prison.
