Michigan Court of Appeals rules in favor of Lucido over Hackel

MOUNT CLEMENS — The Michigan Court of Appeals ruled on April 7 in favor of Macomb County Prosecutor Peter Lucido in a lawsuit he brought against Macomb County Executive Mark Hackel regarding the addition of four positions to Lucido’s staff. The lawsuit was brought forward in January.
