Michels Corp. wins bid on facility to store polluted sediment from Milwaukee, Kinnickinnic, Menomonee rivers

MMSD accepted a $115 million bid from the Michels Corporation to build a storage facility to house polluted sediment from the Milwaukee Estuary area of concern.
