Michelin star chef to add 'semen' to his restaurant's menu

Dabiz Muñoz, a Madrid-based chef, was invited to try the dish by Japanese chef and loved the unusual seafood fish so much he wants to add it to his menu at his high-end restaurant, DiverXO.
