The Procurator Fiscal Depute told the court: “On the day in question police received an anonymous phone call in relation to the accused causing a disturbance. Officers attended.
"The accused told officers not to come anywhere near him. He started throwing his property towards officers and kicked his shoes off towards nearby houses.
"He was taken to Dunfermline Police station and continued to shout abuse towards officers and kicked and headbutted the side of the vehicle. He was cautioned and charged.”
McAllister’s defence lawyer said: “It was 10pm and my client had been drinking since earlier in that day.
