Met commander who wrote force's anti-drugs strategy faces hearing over claims he smoked cannabis

Commander Julian Bennett, nicknamed 'Sacker' due to the number of officers kicked out of the force following his rulings, allegedly used drugs off duty between February 2019 and July 2020.
