Men tried to steal catalytic converters May 26 in Arnold | Police Fire

Two men, one with a GPS monitor as part of his probation, allegedly admitted they were at the Best Auto repair shop on Michigan Avenue in Arnold on May 26 to steal catalytic converters off vehicles.
