Here are some wonderful memories of a hall that has served as a social hub for the community.
Littlemoor Community Hall was opened in 1965 by TV star Dick Emery, who was starring in the Summer Season in Weymouth that year.
The hall was made possible following a campaign by residents Des Fry and Wally Dennis, who walked around the Littlemoor area collecting 50p donations to fund its construction. Many residents contributed to the building despite their own hardship.
