Melissa Vine campaign fined for violating campaign laws

Vine's campaign previously told KCCI the action was a mistake by a staff member. Iowa Ethics Campaign Disclosure Board executive director and legal counsel Zach Goodrich said although the error may not have been intentional, Vine's campaign must still be held responsible.
