Melbourne proposes cameras, quad gates at rail crossings after 2 fatal crashes with Brightline trains

After surveillance showed two cars driving onto train tracks last week into the path of Brightline trains, killing three people in those cars, new efforts to raise awareness for rail safety are underway.
