Melania's Ex-Aide Looks To Dismiss Trump Administration Lawsuit After Publishing Tell-All Book

A former aide to first lady Melania Trump was sued in October by the Justice Department for a book she authored that allegedly violated a nondisclosure agreement. On Monday, the former aide filed a motion to dismiss the suit.
Stephanie Winston Wolkoff wrote, “Melania and Me: The Rise and Fall of My Friendship With the First Lady,” which included embarrassing details about Trump. Wolkoff's lawyers explained that the NDA was terminated even before she wrote the book, according to the Washington Post.
“...More than two years before any of the alleged violations and there is therefore no basis to claim that Ms. Wolkoff failed to comply with any contractual obligation,” said Wolkoff's legal team.
