Michigan officials' lifting of the state mask mandate for vaccinated people has retailers, restaurants and other businesses making tough choices about what to do with their own masking requirements.
Supermarket giants Meijer Inc. and Kroger Co. still plan to require customers to wear face masks inside their stores, even after Michigan's health department and federal health officials said COVID-vaccinated individuals no longer have to mask up indoors.
