Meeting planned on Nov. 16 to discuss reuse of St. Elizabeth campus in Utica

UTICA, N.Y. — The City of Utica and Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) will hold a public meeting at 7 p.m. on Nov. 16 to gather comments on the future reuse of the former St. Elizabeth Medical Center.
