When Kwame Aidoo's family came from Ghana, his parents worked long days to provide for the family, so the kids had to fend for themselves in the kitchen. Now, the teacher at Mother Teresa Catholic Secondary School is showing the next generation how to chop onions, julienne peppers and make simple and delicious meals in his foods classes.
