Medical Negligence: Orissa High Court Pulls Up Police Station for Inaction in Medical Negligence Case | Cuttack News

The Orissa high court has criticized a police station in Cuttack for not registering a complaint of alleged medical negligence for four years. The court has also questioned the Director of Medical Education and Training (DMET) for failing to form a medical board and provide expert opinion on the case after 32 months.
