McCall Service now part of the Rollins Inc. brand | Jax Daily Record | Jacksonville Daily Record

Global consumer and commercial services company Rollins Inc. and Northwest Exterminating Co. announced Jan. 14 that Jacksonville-based McCall Service merged into the Rollins family of brands.
McCall will join Northwest to create a Southeast-focused, regional platform pest control business, according to news releases posted on Pest Control Technology’s website, pctonline.com, and on the Pest Management Professionals website, mypmp.net.
Bryan Cooksey III, the second generation of his family that owned and operated McCall, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The releases state that Josh Cooksey, the third generation in the business, will continue to be general manager.
