Mayor Duggan helps breaks ground on $9M development in Jefferson Chalmers

Mayor Mike Duggan, community leaders and representatives from the Penske Corporation broke ground today on a new 8,116-square-foot state-of-the-art solar-powered community center at A.B. Ford Park in Jefferson Chalmers along the Detroit riverfront.
