A “massive” manhunt is on for former Bureau of Corrections chief Gerald Bantag and his deputy, Ricardo Zulueta, who face arrest warrants for the murders of broadcaster Percy Lapid and the alleged middleman in the hit, Bilibid inmate Cristito “Jun” Villamor.
