The Safeway Foundation donated more than $227,000 to the Maryland Food Bank.This is the fourth consecutive year that the supermarket's charitable foundation partnered with the food bank to end hunger in Maryland."The Ravens, we're really just proud to partner with Safeway and the Maryland Food Bank, and to help feed our neighbors, especially in the times that we are all going through as a community. It's a great opportunity for us to continuously give back to the city we love," former Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jameel McClain said.The Maryland Food Bank is currently distributing enough food to provide about 110,000 meals per day to a network of more than 1,000 soup kitchens, pantries and shelters statewide.
