Marshall Tucker Band out, Mark Mills in for Hope Watermelon Festival concert

HOPE, Ark. -- Previously scheduled concert headliner The Marshall Tucker Band will not perform Saturday at the Hope Watermelon Festival, and country music star Mark Wills will take the stage instead.
