Marshall leads 23-state brief urging overturn of 'radical' court decision forcing employers to cover gender-affirming care

A panel of the 11th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals, which covers Alabama, Georgia and Florida, made the ruling in the case of a transgender Georgia sheriff's deputy who was denied gender-affirming surgery.
