Education is one of the crucial aspects in building the future of a nation. However, the challenges faced by the education system in Indonesia cannot be ignored. One of the recurring issues is the problem of teacher recruitment. To address this, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek) has introduced a new solution known as “Marketplace Guru” (Teacher Marketplace). This concept aims to improve the teacher recruitment process, which has encountered several obstacles thus far.
