Marjorie and Michael Cawdery: Killings of Portadown couple 'entirely preventable', coroner finds

The family of a couple in their 80s, killed by a man with severe mental health problems, have said “questions need asked of the PSNI and the health service” after a coroner ruled their deaths were “entirely preventable”.
