Marion man arrested for peeping on women in Iowa City

IOWA CITY, Iowa (KWWL) - A 40-year-old Marion man has been arrested on charges that he took inappropriate photos of multiple women in Iowa City without their permission last October.
Patrick Martinson was arrested by Marion Police on April 16 for crimes in October. Police investigated over the last six months and a warrant was finally approved on April 13.
According to the warrant, two different women reported a man tapping on their window, taking photos of them, and talking inappropriately to them between October 17 and 25. The women were partially or completely naked during these incidents.
