Marine Vet, Heartland Alum Honored For Using Art To Help Others Heal

Sometimes a creative outlet can be a lifesaver—literally. Marine veteran and Heartland Community College graduate Richard Casper is a Purple Heart recipient, artist and entrepreneur.
