ST. CLOUD — Even in his impending retirement, Jeff Gau is meeting his professional goals.
The Marco CEO will retire March 31 after more than 35 years with the company, at age 62.
"That was a target time frame," Gau said.
He'll still be involved as chair of Marco's board of directors, and he'll continue to be involved on the several for-profit and nonprofit boards he serves on. But he'll move out of his Marco office and is handing the reigns over to Doug Albregts, who currently works as Marco's president and will become CEO April 1.
Albregts is the former president and CEO of Sharp Electronics America, according to a press release from Marco. He joined Marco in 2019.
