7:14 a.m. Caller stated she couldn’t make it to crossing because her car door was frozen shut. Officer assisted. Door was opened successfully. 
10:52 a.m. Driver took down a wire and stated the homeowner was excessively yelling at the driver, he stated that he attempted to have a conversation and the woman became agitated. Police responded. Homeowner reported the downed wire and said it would be fixed.
11:07 a.m. Caller stated that she “saw on the ring camera” that the same people from before were back attempting to shovel the driveway. She stated she didn’t want to speak to an officer but wanted it noted in the log.
