Marblehead Fire Department receives a helping hand
Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor makes donation for PPE

The Fire Department got a big helping hand when the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor donated a $426 check aimed at purchasing disposable gloves.
“The department is truly appreciative to have the support of the members of the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor who are making a positive impact on our ability to safely serve members of our community,” said Fire Chief Jason Gilliland.
The donation was funded through a grant application made by the Club through Rotary District 7930. The District Club allocated $9,375 to police, fire, and first responders across the North Shore, Greater Boston, Salem N.H., and the Merrimack Valley specifically for personal protective equipment (PPE).
