Manipur BJP MLA writes letter to seek change in the land law

Manipur BJP MLA Rajkumar Imo Singh has written to all MLAs in the state, urging them to change the land law to allow non-tribals to own land in tribal areas. Currently, only tribals can purchase land in non-tribal areas. Singh argues that this law is biased and illogical, and that it prevents valley residents from buying land in the hills.
