Manhattan restaurants: We're being hit by smash-and-grab wave

New York City restaurant owners are being terrorized by smash and grab robberies. Lower East Side restaurant Balvanera, 11th Street Cafe, Wallsé and Osteria 57 in the West Village have all had overnight smash-and-grabs, recently owners and neighbors told The Post.
