Mandarin immersion program brings Pacific Rim language skills to Poway school

During the first week of school, a group of kindergartners at Adobe Bluffs School started the morning, as so many of the youngest students do, singing “Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star.” This class, however, sang it in Mandarin Chinese.
