(Mandan, ND) -- A Mandan police officer is under investigation following a fatal crash in Mandan on Saturday. The crash occurred at the intersection of 5th St SW and 8th Ave SW in Mandan. Authorities say 76-year-old Ronald Shaw was riding his motorcycle northbound along 8th Ave SW while a police vehicle, driven by 26-year-old Halima Khalifa, was headed westbound on 5th St SW.
