Man, woman accused of carjacking, crashing three vehicles across western suburbs

Ricardo Ortega, 25, of Hanover Park, and Alicia Merlin-Barrera, 24, of Palatine, are accused of stealing three vehicles, battery, reckless driving and other charges.
