Allen, 31, has become a step-in father to Carolina, 3, Keymonie, 6, Josiah, 7 and Aaliyah, 10. Their mother, 32-year-old Carol Allen had recently told her case worker at the New Orleans Family Justice Center that she would want her brother to look after her babies if anything were to happen to her. Allen has fulfilled her dying wish.
