Man who killed himself after sexual misconduct allegations not given fair hearing by debate association: Judge

The Debate Association (Singapore) cannot be faulted for acting to protect its members, but the process was unfair and prejudicial to the man facing sexual misconduct allegations, says a High Court judge.
