Man struck and killed in Beach Boulevard crash Monday ID'd

Michael Klassen, 30, of Laguna Niguel, was reportedly in the road at 2:30 a.m. Monday when he was hit by a vehicle on Beach Boulevard, north of Slater Avenue. The driver, a 50-year-old Fountain Valley man, cooperated with police.
