Man sentenced to prison for shooting through a wall, killing 7-year-old

Christopher Robert O'Connell, of Heber City, was sentenced to between one and 15 years in prison for manslaughter after he shot through a wall, killing a 7-year-old. He said he was drinking heavily and taking prescription drugs.
