Man sentenced for stealing Norfolk judge's, others' identities

Obinna Nwafor, a resident of New York, used personal identification information for about 20 people to obtain pandemic-related loans and benefits. A Norfolk Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court judge was among those whose stolen identity was used to get the funding.
