Man says lost COVID-19 vaccine card keeping him from booster

A local man says the staff at the COVID-19 vaccination clinic at the Greenwood Senior Center turned him away as he tried to get the booster shot, because he'd lost his vaccination record card. The health department says there are ways around it.
