Man pleads guilty to violent assaults on women and teenager in Dorset

A MAN has pleaded guilty after two women and a teenage girl sustained serious injuries after being tied up and gagged during two violent attacks in a Dorset town.
Mark Robert Williams, aged 37 and of Cecil Road in Bournemouth, appeared at Bournemouth Crown Court on Monday 29 March 2021 and admitted two counts of attempted murder, two counts of false imprisonment, committing grievous bodily harm with intent and sexual assault by penetration.
He will be sentenced at the same court on Friday May 7.
According to police, at 8.08pm on Thursday February 18 2021 Dorset Police received a report of a stabbing at an address in Bournemouth's Maxwell Road.
